Libraries offer a lot of FREE (or very inexpensive) activities and opportunities. Plus, they are typically very educational for the whole family, and have programs for all ages from infant to senior citizen.
The Lancaster and Ephrata libraries have a fantastic schedule of events and programs, which I will be featuring over the next couple of weeks.
On the second Wednesday of each month from 6pm-8pm enjoy unique cultural and cooking experiences with your friends and neighbors in our new family program: “Cultures & Cooking.” This is a great opportunity to learn about other cultures and sample different foods.
Each month features a different presenter at the Saint James Episcopal Church, 119 North Duke Street.
Registration is required and a nominal fee will be collected for supply costs. Call the reference desk at 717-394-2651 ext. 105 to register.
