Libraries offer a lot of FREE (or very inexpensive) activities and opportunities. Plus, they are typically very educational for the whole family, and have programs for all ages from infant to senior citizen.
The Lancaster and Ephrata libraries have a fantastic schedule of events and programs, which I will be featuring over the next couple of weeks.
The Ephrata Library provides FREE one-on-one computer tutoring with area teens. To sign up, visit the Ephrata library’s circulation desk. Visit the Ephrata Library website for more information.
The Lancaster Library also offers FREE computer classes to the public. Classes are given by experienced library volunteers and are held in the Computer Training Room at the Duke Street location. Registration is required for these classes and please do so only if you can attend all of the sessions listed for the class. To register or for more information please visit the reference desk or call 394-2651, ext. 105.
