Only Buy Produce that is on Sale
Does it drive you crazy that grapes are $.99/lb one week, and then $2.49/lb the next week? Me too! Can it really fluctuate that much?! Instead of buying grapes when they are outrageously expensive, I like to . . .
1. Buy other fruit that is on sale that week.
2. Opt to use canned fruit (which I buy on sale and keep in my pantry)
3. Freeze grapes when they are a good price and then serve frozen grapes instead that week!

Yes, I hate how produce prices fluctuate so much! You’re suggestions are right on…and will save lots of money. (I really should do the freezing grapes thing. I always think I will but never do.) 🙂
