Card must be scratched off at the management office front window. One scratch off per person. To receive a gift card, you must scratch off at the Rockvale Outlets Management office window in front of Rockvale Staff ONLY. Any cards that have already been scratched will be considered invalid and will not be accepted. One card per customer. Must be 18 yrs or older. All cards must be presented at the management office window by 11:59PM on Thursday, November 22, 2012. Card must be filled out completely to claim gift card.
