Strawberry season is one of my favorite times of year. I usually use most of my strawberries to make strawberry jam or just freeze them for smoothies. But this year, I had enough jam left over from last year’s batch, that I decided I needed to research some new ways to use these wonderful sun-ripened and fresh strawberries.
I was amazed at how many unique recipes I found that took only a short amount of time to make. And most of them look so simple, I can’t mess them up and I could probably also do them with kids! Now that’s the kind of recipe I like.
