National Pretzel Day is April 26! Did you know that the first commercial pretzel bakery in the United States was established right here in Lancaster County in 1861? It was Julius Sturgis Pretzels in Lititz! Lancaster County has always been known for its pretzels, which is probably why we make a pretty big deal of National Pretzel Day.
