One of the first things I thought of as a kid, and got excited for about summer, was summer camp. I remember throughout the years, we would do different kinds of camps—sometimes it was short morning day camps through our school, other times it was a week-away trip to a local camp and retreat center.
There are dozens of summer camp opportunities in Lancaster County, so I couldn’t imagine sharing about all of them—but I did want to showcase a few of the unique ones that are favorites of many Lancaster County families. And if you’re a planner like me, working ahead might save you some money with early bird registration fee discounts!
Have fun searching the list—you’ll find everything from musical camps, to STEM-related camps, to reading camps, to chess camps, to traditional camps, to budget-friendly sports camps. Enjoy!
