Lancaster Creative Reuse
WHAT: Kid Crafting Sessions – our LCR staff will guide your kiddos through different art forms and media – all with materials that were donated for creative reuse! Skill level is beginner – however, we are able to work individually with students throughout the session for novices as well. Age focus will be 5-10, however ALL ages are welcome! STAY TUNED! WHAT: This is a weekly class held by the Lancaster Public Library for Children & Teens. There are two groups, Beginner & Experienced. There is no cost for this group, but registration is required.

The Quilt Room is a Lancaster County welcomes domestic and international tour groups throughout the year. Housed in the Material Resources Center of MCC East Coast, the Quilt Room exposes you to:
- An array of spectacular handmade quilts some from donated textiles.
- A hub of activity hosting hundreds of dedicated volunteers around the year.
- A relaxed and informal atmosphere rich in fellowship.
Donate Your Time
Use your gifts! Volunteer hours are 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Work is available for adults and children age 11 and older with many different skill levels. Please call to schedule a time to volunteer.
