Strawberry Hill offers private programs where guests are led through a 60-minute tour of the maple sugaring process, from tree to table. Finally, we discuss the grading of maple syrup, the method used to classify syrups.
After participating in the program, visitors will have the knowledge needed to do sugaring on their own in their backyard – we even practice tapping a tree!
